NETA II or III Technician Referral

What is your referral policy for non-RESA Power employees?

It is our policy to pay a $150 referral fee to ANYONE who refers a NETA Technician II or NETA Technician III who is hired for one of our open positions. Please see the terms below:

What is a qualified referral?

A qualified referral must not be available through traditional job boards. The basis of the referral program is to refer a candidate who is not on the open market or actively looking for a new role.

How long will it take to get the $150 referral fee?

The referral candidate is required to work a minimum of 30 days with RESA Power before the referral fee will be paid out.

What if I submit someone who is already in your system?

Previously submitted referrals already in our system will not be eligible for the referral fee. If you are unsure or have questions, please contact hr@resapower.com.

How long will my referral be valid?

A referral will be kept on file and will be valid for 6 months. After 6 months, if your referral is not hired, the referral will expire.

Who is not qualified to submit referrals?

Senior Management, Human Resources, and Managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates, do not qualify for the referral fee.

What if have questions?

To see if your referral is in our system or if you have general questions, please contact hr@resapower.com.
